Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Plentake ("we", "us") collects when you use plentake.com and the Plentake plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro, and how we handle it. Contact: hello@plentake.com.
1. Data we collect
- Waitlist and account data: your email address; for paid accounts, your name and login credentials (password stored hashed, or a Google sign-in identifier). Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider (merchant of record) — we never see or store card numbers.
- Usage and billing data: which operations you run in the plugin and the credits they consume — required to meter your plan.
- Content you process: when you use AI features, the plugin sends the necessary material (sequence audio for transcription, video frames for thumbnails or reframing, transcripts for planning and writing) to AI providers for processing. Local-only features (such as dB-based silence detection) never leave your computer.
- Website data: standard server logs (IP, user agent) processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery.
2. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your footage, audio, or transcripts to train AI models.
- We do not read your project files; processing happens only for the operations you explicitly run.
3. Processors and subprocessors
We rely on the following service providers. Content sent to AI providers is processed under their respective API terms and privacy policies; where a provider offers settings or agreements that limit the use of API data for model training, we use them. See each provider's policy for details.

4. Retention
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe (every email includes an unsubscribe link) or ask us to delete them.
- Account and billing records: for the life of your account plus what tax/accounting law requires.
- Content processed by AI providers: transient processing; generated files (transcripts, images, videos) are saved on your own computer next to your Premiere project — you control and can delete them at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, KVKK in Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email hello@plentake.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in each message.
6. Cookies
plentake.com does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, it will be cookieless and this policy will be updated.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. API keys and secrets are stored server-side and are never exposed in the plugin or the website. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we handle.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We will post any changes on this page with an updated date, and notify account holders by email about material changes.
